MacGregor and MacDuff - Kilt Hire Company

MacGregor and MacDuff offer kilts made from either a 13 oz medium weight or 16 oz heavy weight worsted cloth, enabling the pleats to stay sharp and ensuring the kilt has a full "swing".

Their kilts are made from 8 yards of material and traditionally hand sewn by the company's fully qualified, experienced kilt makers.

Most of their kilts are pleated to the "sett", meaning that the pattern of the kilt is repeated at the back to mirror the front. Some of their tartans are, however, pleated to the line where a predominant stripe runs down each pleat.
